Georgia (BSc Counselling) is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist through ACA (Australian Counselling Association) who has worked with young people and families since 2018. She completed her studies at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle and soon after moved to the Southwest. Georgia has worked in a range of different industries of counselling including private, government and nonprofit organisations throughout her career. She has a particular interest and skillset in working with adolescents and secondary school students. Georgia’s preferred forms of therapies include an Integrative Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation and Solution-Focused Therapy. Georgia is passionate about helping young people with their mental health and maximise their wellbeing in school and beyond.
Shelley (BHealthSc (Psych) (Hons), Dip.Ed.) is a registered psychologist and a mum of two, with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families. She has worked in a range of school settings for over 10 years including schools in the Southwest and Kimberley regions of Western Australia. Shelley supports in the identification, screening, and assessment of students with a range of school-based difficulties, including Specific Learning Disorders. Recognising the importance of early intervention, Shelley also facilitates Youth Mental Health First Aid training for staff and Teen Mental Health First Aid training for high school students at GMAS.
