Vocational Education and Training (VET) at GMAS

At Georgiana Molloy Anglican School, we complement the ATAR program with an Award winning VET program for Year 11 & 12 students. The VET program provides the opportunity to develop industry and generic work related skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications while still at school.

’Vocational Education and Training’ is learning and training that focuses on teaching the skills required in a specific workplace or industry. In the VET Program, we offer a variety of Qualifications and the list is continually growing. Students have the opportunity to gain a Level II, III or IV Qualification. Obtaining a Certificate IV also allows students an alternative pathway to most university courses.

Georgiana Molloy has been proud to present an outstanding student, Emma Hay with WA's Top Secondary Education Award - the Beazley Medal. On successfully completing multiple certificates during her time her at the school, Emma was awarded this because of her commitment and achievement through the Georgiana Molloy VET program.
